CLS 200µ is an electronic chain lubrication system that takes over all chain care.

• Continual lubrication significantly extends the life of the chain:
  - reduced wear;
  - automatically cleans the chain with fresh lubricant
  - reduced heating of the chain
  - chain runs more smoothly
  - up to 2 kW more output
• Ideal for frequent riders, long distance riders, or just for those who don't want to have to lubricate the chain by hand any more.
• Lubrication can be adjusted whilst riding by operating a rotary switch. Removal of the seat to make adjustments is not necessary. Advantageous, for example, when transporting luggage, at night or in the rain.
• The integrated electronics compensate for the temperature related flow properties of the lubricant. There's no need to make adjustments to suit varying temperatures.
• The lubricant tank is available in 3 sizes at no additional cost: 150 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml. The range extends to several thousand kilometres, dependant upon tank capacity (eg 500 ml is sufficient for approx. 22,000 km !).
• The lubricant tank and electronic controls can be positioned anywhere.
• important, for example, on enduros, choppers and naked bikes.
• The system is suitable for bikes with either carburettors or fuel injection.
• The lubricator is only active when the engine is running. Alteration of the on-board wiring is not needed.
• Cleaning the wheel rim is simpler than when using chain spray.
